Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Vividmall, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Eligibility

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original hang tags attached
  • Items must be returned in original condition

Holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return through January 31st

Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email regarding your refund or exchange status.

Exchange Policy

If exchanging for a different item:

  • Use your return value to shop on our website
  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll enter your payment info at checkout

Express shipping fees are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
Vividmall is not responsible for non-Vividmall merchandise returned to our facility.

Returns must be initiated through our returns portal. Do not mail items directly to our warehouse without approval, as this may result in lost items or delays.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit vividmall.com/return and follow these steps:

  1. Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip)
  2. Enter the email, phone number, or shipping ZIP code associated with your order
  3. Select the item(s) to return. If an item is not selectable, it may be outside the return window or already in process
  4. Choose exchange or refund
  5. Choose your return method:
    • Box & Ship It: Print your prepaid label and drop off the package
    • Drop Off at Return Bar: Use a QR code for package-free drop-off at a Happy Returns location
  6. Confirm and submit your return request
  7. Once processed, you’ll receive confirmation of your refund or exchange order via email

In-Store or Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased from a retailer (in-store or online), return the item to that retailer. If you’re unable to do so, we can evaluate a potential exchange of equal value, pending proof of purchase from an authorized seller. Items must be clean and unworn. We do not offer refunds for items not purchased directly from Vividmall.com.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claim.
